Fun fact: I did Polynesian dancing on and off from about the age of 7 up until right before I had my third child. So flowers like gumamela (hibiscus), plumeria, tiare, and orchid are the types of flowers that are near and dear to my heart.
Over time, I tried numerous times to replicate the delicateness of the hibiscus by hand forming each of the petals but they never resulted in something that I felt were sturdy enough for wear. Instead, I opted for molded flowers (so you don’t have to worry about losing a petal) with the flower pistils hand painted and petals dusted with pastels to create the shading in the centers of the flowers.

All earrings are handcrafted with love in small batches from polymer clay. There may be slight variations in color but each will be equally as beautiful.
